Holly cow the detail. How did you achieve awesome tail hair?! My horse looks like a kids attempt compared to this, beyond jelly
It takes a lot of practice and experimentation. And a good pen also. Keep it up and you'll get there!
that is so cool!!! I love it a lot!
wow i thought i was clicking on a photo in sepia hah this is just... wow! amazing!
So cool! I love horses and horse racing, so I am happy I found this!
WOW!!! Amazing work, incredible talent!
im just wondering im an artist my self but not with wood paper I use graphite and prisma color and either poster board or my sketch pad but how do you do it on wood ?
There's a fast-motion video in the description if you're interested. You might get more of an idea from that. But I use a woodburning pen with some different tips (like this: goo.gl/nM0JX1 ) and those heat up enough to burn the surface of the wood enough to make something out of. That's pretty much woodburning summed up.
The things you do with these wood burnings still amaze me! This is incredible!
Thank you! Honestly, I think the same thing sometimes. After finishing I say to myself "How the heck did I do that??"
This one is really sweet! Kudos!
The horse o.o It's really beautiful
Beautiful, as always.
Incredible! I can hardly believe this is a woodburning and OMG is that Arya stark i see there in your gallery?!?!?!?!?!?!? You sir are a master!
Wow! This is amazing! You perfectly captured the motion in this!!
I can so clearly see the horse's powerful movement in this, the detail is incredible!
This is incredible!! May I ask what type of burner you have/what nibs you used for this piece?? I love the texture you managed to get on the horse and rider!
Thank you! I have a Detail Master brand pen. I used a small pointed shader tip for the person, around the person, lettering on the fence, and the horse's face. A medium shader for the rest of the horse. A arrow type shader with sharp edges for the tail/mane. And a large shader for the foreground and most of the fence.
Wow! this looks amazing! love the details! I can imagine it moving! -sways-
